We offer employees competitive benefits as well as discounts to many of our programs and services.

JCC Greater Boston's Department of Family Engagement and Jewish Life is dedicated to supporting children and families through unique programs and services via formal and informal experiences. Programming connects to Jewish life and identity as well as the visual and performing arts, sports, recreation, personal well-being, parenting support, and community building. This includes a robust youth programming slate that is anchored by the Discovery After School Club.

The Discovery Club program rethinks informal Jewish education and a child's after school experience by providing a different way for children in grades K-3 and their families to engage with Jewish content and connect with their Jewish identities. Discovery Club started as a series of enrichment classes three years ago, and it has since adapted into a three day per week afterschool program that combines everything the JCC has to offer to kids ages 5-10. The program has moved from its initial start-up phase into a phase of growth, establishment, and expansion. There is room for creativity and shaping of the program in the years to come.

In September 2019, the JCC Greater Boston will open a brand-new family wing as part of the all new Winn Family and Wellness Center. The space includes three new program areas as well as the Playspace, a 2,500 square foot area designed for kids ages 0-8 years old to explore both gross motor and creative play. This position will be a key member of the family engagement team at JCC Greater Boston.
