Principal Responsibilities:

DEPARTMENT: Membership
HOURS: This is a 15 - 20 hour per week Part Time Temporary position.


We are looking for a talented and responsible professional to join our Membership team to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the intern include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and assisting to pare down the data in our system.

The intern should be comfortable in operating basic computer functions (word, excel, power point) to maintain a high degree of organization of all the records and administrative details necessary.

The Membership Intern will schedule to work 3 days a week, 4-5 hours a day, Monday through Sunday.


Help coordinate the flow of membership paperwork

Enter membership data into the CLASS database system

Aid in the cleanup of the CLASS database system by removing inapplicable data

Manage and evaluate member alert notifications

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

 Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.

Answer and direct phone calls

Maintain the filing system

Provide general support

Minimum Qualifications:


Rising high school senior or college student

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent computer skills

Ability to work on a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Competence in basic-level mathematics

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Strong writing skills

Strong phone skills
