Principal Responsibilities:

Department: Fund Development and General Administration

Classification: At-Will, Full time - 40 hours per week, Non-Exempt, benefitted position

Reports to: Development Director; provides support for CEO/General Admin


The Development and Administration Coordinator will provide strong support to the Fund Development efforts of the APJCC by managing databases, coordinating Corporate Partnerships, preparing donor correspondence, facilitating donor communications and meetings, and providing donor reports for APJCC staff and volunteers. Strong administrative support of all Fund Development activities will include interacting with donors, potential donors, APJCC Committee members, Corporate Partners, businesses, funders, APJCC members, and Board members. The Development and Administration Coordinator will also support the administrative needs of the APJCC's CEO and Board of Directors by assisting with Board and Committee meeting logistics and general communication. This position requires confidentiality, trust, discretion, independent judgment and decision-making, specialized technology skills, experience dealing with confidential matters, and technical clerical skills.

All employees of the APJCC are responsible to create relationships with the members to add value to their membership and enhance their sense of belonging with the APJCC community.
