Principal Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Executive Vice President, the Development Manager (Men's Division/Society of Professionals), works with appropriate development staff to establish development plans and goals for the men's division of the UJFT Annual Campaign and the UJFT Society of Professionals affinity group, as well as coordinating specific Men's Campaign and/or Society of Professionals activities.

This position has the primary responsibility to implement and evaluate plans, work with marketing and other departments in support of development goals; solicits campaign and sponsorship pledges, organizes special campaigns and events as needed, evaluates campaign outcomes and prepares reports.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious individual who will be a people-oriented leader adept at fostering a trusting respectful relationship with staff and affiliate agencies to carry out the mission of the UJFT and to advance the development efforts by cultivating and stewarding gifts while maintaining the high integrity and reputation of the agency.
