Principal Responsibilities:

Overall Responsibilities:

To create and actively promote a comfortable and welcome environment where every member/guest is treated with dignity and respect, in a friendly, personalized manner.To anticipate and be responsive to member/guest needs/requests.The full time Director coordinates and supervises programming and services for children, youth and adults with social, intellectual and learning disabilities. The Director is a key member of the JCC Program Team.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with children and adults with disabilities.Excellent written and oral skills are required to develop and maintain deep relationships with participants, families, agencies and funding sources.A passion to educate our community and a willingness to drive programming for those with special needs within a strong Jewish environment is essential. A Bachelor's Degree is required in combination with a minimum of three years related program management experience.
