Principal Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Senior & Adult Programs, this position is responsible for performing routine administrative activities in support of the Senior Department. They will assist with event planning and implementation of all operational aspects, including coordinating publicity, room set ups with facilities staff, arranging speakers/field trips/activities, recruiting, registration, setting up and cleaning up programs. Other duties may include but are not limited to timeline management, database management, receiving and screening calls/email/mail, composing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
