Program Director - Russian-speaking Jewish (RSJ) overnight camp (Camp Gesher), family camp, and youth and family programming

Looking for Program Director for Year-Round Experiential Jewish Education and Retreat Center to lead Russian-Speaking Jewish programs in Malibu, Ca.!

Seeking motivated, charismatic leader and experienced Russian-speaking Jewish experiential educator with overnight camp supervisory experience (preferably) and experiential Jewish education background to join the Shalom Institute team. RSJ Program Director coordinates and supervises all aspects (including camper and staff recruitment) of Camp Gesher, a residential overnight camp (one week summer and winter camps) for Russian- speaking Jewish children ages 9-16 from the West Coast- RSJ Program Director also coordinates a RSJ family camp weekend and a holiday family fun day. Program Director will also help coordinate other Shalom Institute year-round programs. Must be fluent in Russian. We are looking for a hard working superstar with a great attitude and who is a team player.

This position is partially funded by generous grants from the Genesis Philanthropy Group and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles. Camp Gesher is operated by Shalom Institute in partnership with the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI).
