The Jewish Community Center (JCC) is a non-profit agency which offers recreation, health & fitness, cultural and communal programs and activities. We are committed to enhancing the general welfare of the total community.

Principal Responsibilities:

A strategic team-player with a can do attitude, 4Fronts Teen Services Coordinator will be the traffic manager for all 4Front activities and the primary point of contact for teens, their parents, teen professionals and key stakeholders to provide the backbone support for 4Front.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of 4Front, the Teen Services Coordinator is an exciting opportunity for someone with high energy, poise and an eagerness to learn.


4Front is the Baltimore Jewish communitys comprehensive teen initiative. Based on four pillars, advocate, innovate, educate, and collaborate, 4Front serves as a gathering place and open channel for Baltimores Jewish teens and the adults who care about them. Here, teens are encouraged to explore their Judaism in ways that are meaningful to them. Our initiative is collaborative by design and serves as the catalyst for creating new partnerships within and beyond the existing channels for teens, teen professionals, and volunteer leaders in the community. 4Front Teen Initiative is one of ten nationwide community initiatives participation gin the Jewish Teen Education and Engagement Funders Collaborative in partnership with the Jim Joseph Foundation.
