Principal Responsibilities:

We seek a visionary Executive Director to lead our Early Learning School where we believe in every child's ability to learn, grow, and develop within a positive environment.Our youngest generation sparks creativity and imagination for each member of our community - they teach us to respect one another and to take pleasure in the little things.

The Executive Director is expected to display excellent leadership and engage in meaningful relationships with all members of our preschool community.The Executive Director should embrace Jewish values and community life; a progressive approach to education; and the belief that children are strong, competent citizens. This position is supported by the Director, Admissions Director and Administrative Assistant.

We seek an Executive Director who is both a leader and a manager and is able to articulate and "sell" a compelling vision and be a hands-on leader who makes sure that the school is a professionally-run, customer-responsive, consistent and fiscally-responsible enterprise.This individual is a charismatic "face of the school" for internal and external audiences.

Education and Experience:

Master's Degree is required.At least 5 years of experience as Executive Director of a preschool.
