Principal Responsibilities:

PAY RATE/STATUS: $17.00 per hour / Part-time, Non-Exempt / 20-25 hours per week

The Sports, Fitness & Aquatics Administrative Coordinator is responsible for performing the routine administrative activities in support of the Sports, Fitness & Aquatics Department. Typical duties may include but are not limited to: timeline management; keeping department staff on task; database management; receiving and screening calls/email/mail; making arrangements for meetings and conference calls; composing correspondence and preparing reports; and maintaining both physical and electronic files.
