From daycare to seniors' programs, fitness to recreation, Jewish learning to holiday celebrations, and everything in between, the J provides life-changing programs infused with Jewish values that inspire and enrich our members and provide a best-in-class experience. JCC Chai Sports is one of our flagship programs providing over 1,500 participants with recreational sports house leagues and competitive rep sports opportunities, including annual delegations to JCC Maccabi Games.

Minimum Qualifications:

The Right JCC Chai Sports Operations Manager:

At your core, you're a superb community connector with a passion for sports. You have demonstrated education, skills and experience as an efficient, well-organized operations manager with a strong flair for helping people, managing logistics, introducing innovative programming, exploring new opportunities such as Girls rep teams, developing and implementing curriculum, standards and evaluation tools, recruiting and managing coaches and team managers, conducting community outreach and recruiting and retaining new players, seeking sponsorship opportunities, trouble-shooting and proactively resolving issues and at all times providing exceptional customer service. In addition, Jewish culture, traditions, and a connection to Israel are part of your DNA and evident in your passionate and friendly interactions. You are also able to work flexible full-time hours Mon-Thurs 12-8 p.m. and Friday 9am.- 5p.m. including occasional weekends for tournaments and special events.
