Principal Responsibilities:

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable certified personal trainers to work at the JCC of Greater Boston. Personal Trainers with experience in developing exercise prescriptions, working one-on-one with new members and a passion for the health & wellness field. In addition, we have opportunities for trainers to lead small group training classes such as TRX and Bootcamp. Applicants must possess strong customer service skills, and the determination to build their personal training client base at the JCC.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
A nationally accredited training certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE)
Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications:
5 years experience in the health and fitness industry
A degree in a fitness related field preferred
Current CPR/AED certification

A generous sliding pay scale based on weekly sales.
