About ENGAJ:

ENGAJ sparks Peninsula Jewish young professionals and graduate students to connect meaningfully, wherever they are. Twenty ENGAJ Fellows selected annually develop Jewish intentionality in regular sessions and design meetups for peers that reflect their intellectual, professional and personal passions. These frequent events enable young adults to experience *their* Judaism in accessible and diverse micro-communities. Since our first event in March 2015, ENGAJ now hosts an average of 1-3 events per week and boasts over 1000 members in our Facebook group, growing every day!

Overview of the Role:

As the ENGAJ Program Manager, you will develop a strong culture of Jewish identity among the young adults in our community. To succeed in this role, you must have suitable knowledge of Jewish culture, experience in strategic outreach, and at least 2 years' experience working with young adults.
