Principal Responsibilities:

The Controller will report to the CFO and play an integral role in the daily financial management of the agency. The person will assist the CFO in high-impact areas of Financial Budget Preparation and monthly monitoring of financial details.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with supervisory experience
Experience with QuickBooks or similar Accounting Software
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, combination of Private firm and Nonprofit Industry
Experience with ADP desirable
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
Experience with: Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Reporting Research Results, Requirements analysis Microsoft Office
Analytical with well-developed problem solving skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
