Principal Responsibilities:

The Jewish Community Center Uptown is seeking morning , afternoon and substitute teachers for our nursery school and preschool. As a community, we strive to educate our children in a nurturing environment by helping them expand their minds, develop their gross motor skills, learn how to be responsible, and practice positive social interactions. We are looking for warm, nurturing individuals who enjoy being around children and possess skills that encourage age-appropriate exploration and learning experiences.

Interested candidates should send a resume detailing formal and/or informal relevant experience with toddlers and preschoolers.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in early childhood settings (formal or informal)

Appreciation and respect for children and their families

Strong verbal and written communication skills
