Principal Responsibilities:

This position plays a lead role in membership retention and second-tier (elevated) customer service. They are responsible for assisting current and new members as well as the membership sales team in managing membership status, information, refunds, and benefits. They work closely with the Business Systems team to resolve system issues.
As part of the Customer Service Team, they may be called upon to train front-facing staff on general front desk functions, software and customer service, and to cover front desk shifts when needed.
They are also a key participant in Box Office Operations, supporting Box Office hours and services, offering a knowledgeable ticket sales experience to patrons.

STATUS: Benefited, non-exempt, collective bargaining position
COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT CLASSIFICATION: Admin 2
HOURS: Full time, 40 hours
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
