Principal Responsibilities:

Overview:This position under the direction of the Controller has primary responsibility for timely and accurate accounts payable processing for all invoices, credit cards and employee manual checks for the York JCC. Responsibilities include all aspects of accounts payable and additional general ledger and administrative duties as assigned by the Controller.

Work Schedule: 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday

Minimum Education/Skill Requirements:

Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience in accounting

1-3 years of experience in accounts payable

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs

High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

Excellent data entry skills

Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills

Effective organizational, stress and time management skills

Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
