Principal Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The Rental Coordinator reports directly to the Rental Manager and has the primary responsibility of providing support and back-up to the Rental Manager in maintaining organized rental information, communicating with prospective and current rental customers, and ensuring that the Boulder JCC is prepared and well equipped to fulfill its rental commitments in a high quality and customer oriented manner. This position works closely with the receptionists to ensure coordinated support for the internal reservation process for Boulder JCC events. The Rental Coordinator position is a part-time position.
