Principal Responsibilities:

The Summer Aquatics Director at the Kaiserman JCC will be responsible for managing all aspects of our outdoor pool including lifeguard management and scheduling, instructor hiring and scheduling for the summer day camp and pool swim program, and general management of the pool facilities. The position requires an energetic, people-facing, self-starting conscientious professional with prior pool facility and personnel management skills.

Prospective candidates must be available to work 40+ hours per week during the main season (May 26 - September 7) and be available 10-15 hours/week from March 1-May 25 for pre-season planning and staff hiring.

The position reports to the CEO and coordinates with the Associate Executive Director, Camp Director Health & Recreation Program Manager, and facilities staff.

The pool facility is open seven days per week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Compensation is extremely competitive and will be based on, among other factors, experience and expertise of qualified candidates.
