Principal Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of the Edlavitch DCJCC.In addition, this position assists the development department, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Executive Director and the Chief Finance Officer with administrative tasks, as needed.

In particular, the Executive Assistant is responsible for the following:

Work in Outlook, Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Publisher), eFinesstri and CONVIO constituent data systems (training provided).

This is a full-time exempt staff position with full medical benefits, Life Insurance, and 401K option as well as Washington DCJCC Membership for staff member and immediate family.Staff members receive special discounts on classes and tickets for performances, some of which are free.

BA or equivalent education required.Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.Good phone and people skills required.Starting salary commensurate with experience.
