Principal Responsibilities:

Advocate Counselor works with the Inclusion Manager, Counselors, and Unit Head in the implementation of age-appropriate, intriguing, and exciting camp programs and activities, adapting activities as needed, and provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for JCC day campers.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 16 years of age and/or must be entering the 11th or 12th grade of high school
Previous camp experience a plus
Previous inclusion background/training/experience a plus
Desire to work and play with children of all needs and abilities
Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, and love of fun
Ability to take guidance and supervision
Must be professional and able to maintain confidentiality
