Principal Responsibilities:

Love kids? Want to work in a creative, supportive environment? Camp Kaleidoscope, JCC Greater Boston's premiere arts and science day camp, seeks counselors who know how to make a camper's day special. Camp season is June 24-August 16, 8:40am-4pm Monday through Friday, with orientation the week prior to camp and staff meetings on Monday afternoons. Camp Kaleidoscope encourages campers to spread creative wings as they participate in daily art, drama, science and music activities, as well as sports, games, swimming and boating.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must be rising seniors in high school or older. We prefer candidates who are available for the whole season. Lower and middle camp counselors are responsible for campers entering grades K-3, and support and nurture them throughout the day. Upper camp counselors for grades 4-8, teach or co-teach classes as well as fulfilling group responsibilities. Upper camp content areas include LARP, film, hiking, canoeing, guitar, theater, arts and crafts, cooking, sports and more.
