Principal Responsibilities:

JCC Chicago's Manager of Community Engagement is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and oversight of Family Holiday and Cultural programs as well as new family engagement programs and opportunities. The Manager is responsible for ensuring success in increasing the department program portfolio while fully understanding the community needs and setting up reasonable expectations of growth. The Manager is responsible for driving and managing rentals of the Elaine Frank Apachi campus in Lake Zurich, including the Garoon Gateway to Science. In addition, the Manager is responsible for the identification and recruitment of new families to Elaine Frank Apachi Day Camp. The Manager plays a key role in the department management team helping to support the vision and strategy that help achieve the departments goals.
