The Miami Beach JCC is a community agency with a fitness center, pool, summer camp, Arts & Culture, after school activities and a variety of enrichment programs and cultural events for all ages and segments of the community.

Principal Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide executive support to the CEO and COO  as part of the JCC Executive Management team. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact (gatekeeper) for internal and external communications.Must be able to work independently with strong written and oral communication skills; must be able to maintain multiple calendars and coordinate with department heads as well as Board members, lay leaders and professional contacts; should have the ability to exercise good judgement and maintain balance among multiple priorities.

As HR Manager the ideal candidate will also have the ability to multitask; act as liaison between the Executive team and all staff; assist in recruiting and staffing; onboard all new staff; provide and educate staff on compensation and benefit information; adjustments; ensure the agencys adherence to all local, state and federal labor laws; show initiative in policy development and implementation; serve as risk management liaison and ensure
