Principal Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will help lead day-to-day finance operations for JCC and JFD. The Controller will ensure that both organizations have the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct flawless audits. The Controller will work closely with program leaders and their staff, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures but also to explore how the finance function can support program operations. The Controller will also be involved in supporting presentations to the full Boards of Directors and Finance Committees and will work closely with the senior leadership team.

In addition, s/he will partner with the CFO and senior leadership to enhance and better integrate Finance, HR, and IT functions.
