Principal Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY The Early Childhood Center (ECC) Administrator reports to the Senior Director of the ECC. This position is responsible for helping with new and returning student enrollment processes, and serving as the administrator for the ECC. This role carries significant responsibility for interfacing with ECC parents and prospective families and will be expected to serve as a key knowledge center for the ECC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration Management

 Respond to parent, prospective family, and visitor inquiries about the ECC

o Serve as ECC greeter at front desk and field inbound phone calls to ECC as available

 Assist with the enrollment process for all families once accepted into the ECC

 Help maintain (physical and electronic) student files

 Assist Senior Director of ECC, Assistant Directors and Business Manager and with scheduling and training logistics as needed

 Schedule all classrooms and other rooms as needed for preschool as asked by ADs using scheduling process

 Support and monitor adherence to BJCC operating policies within the ECC
