Principal Responsibilities:

The HR & Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the onboarding process of full time and temporary employees of the Youth & Family Department, including all legal and compliance requirements based on grant and contract conditions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government contract requirements, attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.


Minimum Qualifications:


Full-time, 40 Hour Week, Non-Exempt

Typical schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with half hour lunch - schedule subject to change
