Principal Responsibilities:

The Inclusion Program Unit Head is a dynamic and compassionate leader responsible for overseeing Camp Kef's Inclusion Program. This role supervises a team of 8-12 Advocate Counselors and ensures a positive, supportive, and successful camp experience for campers with special needs, their families, and staff. The Unit Head works closely with camp leadership, families, and partner organizations to foster an inclusive camp environment rooted in dignity, safety, and growth.

Camp Kef at the Kaiserman JCC is an award-winning, premier Jewish Day Camp dedicated to providing a high-quality, well-rounded summer experience. We serve campers from infancy through 10th grade and emphasize universal Jewish values including kindness, community, spirit, and respect. Camp Kef is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

March - June (Pre-Camp Responsibilities)

*5 - 10 hours per week, can likely be worked remotely after training

June - August (Camp Season)

*40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:15pm. On-site required
