The Katz JCC is seeking dependable and hardworking Part-Time Summer Janitorial/Custodial Staff to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and guests throughout the summer season.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, fitness areas, and common spaces
Maintaining cleanliness of pool and gym areas
Setting up and breaking down rooms for events and activities
Assisting with light maintenance and reporting facility issues
Following cleaning schedules and safety procedures
Reliable with strong attention to detail
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic communication skills to follow instructions and interact with staff and members
Previous janitorial or custodial experience is helpful but not required
