SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Chief People Officer, the Human Resources Generalist for talent acquisition and retention is responsible for the day-to-day management of the recruitment lifecycle.This position is also responsible for successful onboarding all new hires and is integrally involved in our staff culture and retention programs.Primary responsibilities will include identification of best recruitment methods, posting open positions, screening, and onboarding processes. The HR Generalist will work directly with managers to identify their needs and fill positions.This position is also responsible for leading employee retention efforts including conducting post-hire interviews and planning annual employee retention events.

Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
