Principal Responsibilities:

Afterschool counselor/driver

The Jewish Community Center is currently hiring Afterschool Care staff to work during the 2023-2024 school year. Club J is an after school program for elementary-aged children. Each day children are picked up at their school by JCC vehicles and driven back to the Jewish Community Center. Children are given snack and guided through activities such as art projects, science experiments, games and cooking.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be reliable, report to work on time, and meet established deadlines
• Loves working with children and responding to their emergent needs
• Must be flexible: able to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with youth, ages 5-12
• Experienced driver
