Our dynamic and community-centered organization is looking to add a creative, detail-oriented, and engaging Digital Marketing Coordinator to the team. The primary role of this position is to tell the story of the Boulder JCC through engaging content that sparks conversation. The Digital Marketing Coordinator uses the Boulder JCCs social media platforms, website, email marketing, and more to engage with the community and build a strong external presence for the organization. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be supervised by and work most closely with the Marketing and Communications Director, while also working with the Graphic Designer and staff throughout the organization.
The position requires an affinity to work both independently and collaboratively to reach the best solutions, efficiently and effectively handling varied requests, and proactively anticipating changing needs.
We expect this position to work the majority of hours onsite.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works primarily during normal business hours, typically Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm with some weekends and evenings as needed. We expect this position to work the majority of hours onsite. While performing regular duties, you will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a salary range of $38,000 - $41,000 commensurate with experience. The benefits currently include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and access to reimbursement account (HSA) with generous employer contributions, as well as paid vacation time and holidays, 403b retirement plan, staff discounts, and more.
