CAMP OVERVIEW
Camp Twelve Trails gives children entering Kindergarten - 10th grade the best of both specialty and traditional day camp programs. It is comprised of five Neighborhoods (elective tracks): Play, Create, Explore, Discover, and Grow that allow campers to strengthen their skills in their favorite specialty while encouraging them to explore new
areas. Our program is rooted in universally shared values central to Jewish life. These values are incorporated into everything we do, with the hope that it encourages our staff and campers to be the best versions of themselves.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Inclusion Coordinator assists in the implementation of our overall inclusion model by providing essential support and guidance to our Inclusion counselors who work directly with the campers requiring additional support. This includes assisting in de-escalation and implementing appropriate interventions and to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing behavior management plans tailored to the individual needs of our campers. Through careful assessment and collaboration with the inclusion leadership team and the camp staff, you will identify triggers and underlying factors contributing to challenging behaviors, providing guidance on effective strategies for managing and modifying these behaviors in a positive and supportive manner. Additionally, you will help maintain ongoing communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns, ensuring they feel supported and involved in their camper's experience.

Salary Range: $6500
