The Program Manager will be responsible for creating and overseeing programming that will engage teens and their families with the Stroum Jewish Communty Center of Greater Seattle. The Program Manager will oversee our existing teen programs including GIFT and Rosh Hodesh, as well as work with colleagues to build out additional programming to meet the needs of Jewish teens in our region. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to take a couple of very successful programs and continue to grow them, as well as add additional programs to the SJCC's portfolio of teen offerings, especially in the area of community service and social action.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to the carrying out of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
