Principal Responsibilities:

JCC Greater Boston is seeking a Men's Health Center Attendant. This position is a wonderful opportunity to use your people skills and eye for detail. A Men's Health Center Attendant ensures everything is in top form in preparation for members and provides customer service to guests throughout their visit. This part-time opening is located in Newton and is 15 hours per week, evening shift.

This position will pay in the range of $15 - $16.50/hr. as a starting salary. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the hours the employee will work, the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities of Men's Health Center Attendant

• Conduct cleaning/set up to create a hospitable and immaculate space for guests, both in preparation for the day and throughout the day
• Oversee steam and sauna including equipment readings and checking on the members using the rooms
• Attend to the needs of the members (e.g., handling questions, phone calls, food service)
• Manage supplies and members' laundry

Qualifications of Men's Health Center Attendant

• Is able to work in a dynamic environment, multitask, and work both independently as well as in a team environment.
• Has a warm, calm, professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills
• Has a high level of attention to detail
• Is able to work with cleaning products and in rooms with high humidity

Salary:

$15 - $16.50/hr.
