JCC Greater Boston, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a vibrant and inclusive community, is seeking a Fitness Director to join our team. As a Fitness Director, you will play a pivotal role in promoting health and wellness within our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the Fitness operations, developing and implementing fitness programs, as well as managing a team of fitness professionals. You will collaborate with the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality fitness services that align with JCC Greater Boston's mission and values. Your role will also involve creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where members feel a sense of belonging and joyfulness

The starting salary for this position is $74,000-78,000 annually. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity. Weekly work schedule will be coordinated with the supervisor based on the needs of the department and the programs that are running.
