The Senior Director of Information Management Systems is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce environment, including Traction Rec, NPSP, and other third-party applications.
The Senior Director of Information Management Systems will work closely with JCC staff, leadership members, and subject matter experts in documenting business requirements, training materials and conducting user acceptance testing, software integration and configuration projects. The Senior Director of Information Management Systems will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from project/feature backlog prioritization, requirement engineering, and development oversight through testing, release and support for products serving our members and guests. Acting as a liaison between business and technology, creative problem solving, impeccable communication and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role. This individual will also be responsible for point and click administration and configuration of key systems.
This position will work primarily in the Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC. This position does have flexibility to work virtually as needed with approval of the COO.
