Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be reliable, report to work on time, and meet established deadlines
• Loves working with children and responding to their emergent needs
• Must be flexible: able to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Minimum 16 years of age for Junior Counselor position, minimum 18 years of age for Senior Counselor position
• Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ages 2-5
• Personal or professional camp experience
