OVERVIEW: As part of the Membership team, this results oriented sales position provides excellent customer service to prospects, members and guests by providing ongoing persuasive phone and email outreach. The Member & Guest Call Representative will address the member and guest in a professional and welcoming manner, clarify the specifics and advantages of JCC membership, answer questions, and discuss objections using our sales approach. The ability to be punctual, establish rapport, overcome objections and meet sales goals are vital to success in this role.
? Positively and actively promote the JCCs mission, membership, programs and events to JCC prospects, members, and guests.
? Participate, as appropriate, Member Relations events (Member Appreciation Days, Open House and other special member programs)
? Provide outbound calls to MIA Members, inviting them back to the facility, sharing relevant programs and services according to their interests, and scheduling free wellness consultations with a wellness professional.
? Provide timely outbound calls to tour prospects, thanking them for touring, answering any questions, and positively promoting the JCC as a preferred community center.
? Provide timely outbound calls to NSF Members
? Provide call center support to inbound calls, directing to appropriate department. ? Document daily interactions in customer software program
? Work with CET Manager and Membership Director to manage and effectively communicate a member lifecycle plan.
? Develop reports for calls, tracking, reporting daily on prospect to member conversion, MIA Member retention, and improve overall retention rate. ? Other duties as assigned.
