The JCC Greater Boston is seeking a highly capable operations leader with passion and outstanding skill sets in a variety of disciplines including, but not limited to, managing complex initiatives, facilitating high quality decision making, multidirectional communications planning and orchestration, documentation, stakeholder engagement, issue identification and action planning. The Director of Business Operations will also provide essential support to issue and escalated case management. He/she/they will coordinate and oversee major projects including COVID response activities. In addition, the Director of Business Operations will provide a variety of support activities for the Senior Leadership and the Leadership teams. This full time role will report to the Chief Strategic Program Officer and the Chief Financial and Operations Officer and will serve on the JCCGB Leadership Team.
