The Private Events Manager works with the Director of Program Administration to set appropriate pricing structures, revenue goals, and rental strategies, balancing revenue generation with mission-aligned community support. The Private Events Manager provides regular tracking, updating, and reporting to the budget, event load data and overall objectives. The position also focuses on assessing and processing incoming rental inquiries as well as building relationships and avenues to solicit rentals to meet the agreed upon goals. The Private Events Manager collaborates with the Events Management team and Business Systems team to ensure that proper procedures and policies are adhered to and that logistical details are communicated effectively.
Hybrid work, to include at least 50% of weekly schedule spent on-site, may be available. Remote work possible for part of the workweek, based on program needs.
Ability to walk throughout the facility, sit for extended periods, and use a computer.

Weekend, evening, and holiday hours may be required, based on event schedules
