JCC Greater Boston is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor. This position is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on making a difference and has experience in teaching skills that enrich the lives of others. He/She/They will also assist with customer communications and administrative tasks. JCC Greater Boston is a vibrant, welcoming workplace with a strong feeling of teamwork and a shared sense of making a difference.
Swim instructors do not need to be experienced trainers. He/She/They must like children and be willing to guide them through a carefully designed program, boosting confidence and skills. The Aquatics Department teaches our swim instructors in the Lenny Krazelberg style and provides significant team support.
This position will pay $25 - $35/hr. as a starting salary. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the hours the employee will work, the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity. $25,000 - $35,000
