Principal Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Employee Relations and Administration Manager is responsible for supporting the overall well-being of the agency's employees and the organization's operations. The Employee Relations and Administration Manager's duties include administrative functions in human resources (HR), safety and security, information technology (IT), purchasing, regulatory and legal compliance, accreditation, and office systems. The Employee Relations and Administration Manager interacts with and impacts all agency departments.
