Principal Responsibilities:

Overview of the Role:

The Development Communications Associate is responsible for an array of projects designed to make a compelling case for philanthropic support, deepen relationships with donors and funders, and contribute to the strategic growth and sustainability of the PJCC. This includes grant writing and reporting, donor communications, compilation of inspirational donor and impact stories, and development of materials for solicitations and appeals. This role involves collaborating closely with program staff to understand and effectively communicate the impact of PJCC programs to donors and funders, and the marketing team to produce fundraising collateral and publications. The role also includes conducting research to identify prospective individual and foundation donors, crafting donor profiles, and actively participating in development activities contributing to the achievement of PJCC's fundraising goals.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000
