Northern Virginia (Fairfax) - The Pozez JCC is searching for a Camp & School-Age Services Director who loves working with children and who demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication and supervisory skills. The Director, who provides the vision for Camp Achva (the premier day camp in Northern Virginia based on Jewish values) and the Chai 5 after-school program, should have an entrepreneurial spirit and is able to demonstrate experience in developing an exciting and unique camp curricula and expert relationship building skills. Join us to lead our fun-loving team who serve as positive role models, possess a passion for excellence in informal education, and who work every day to take our camp and school-age programs to new heights. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who loves working with children and who demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication and supervisory skills. The ideal candidate can serve as a positive role model; work closely and communicate clearly and effectively with families, staff and stakeholders; possesses a passion for excellence in informal education; and holds a strong work ethic.
