Principal Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at JCCSF serves as an ambassador, responsible for providing excellent customer service to members, guests, and staff. The CSR is responsible for various customer service tasks, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment, and assisting with programmatic duties.

This position works in the front lobby area of a busy community center, and involves ongoing interactions with the public, in person and via phone.

Physical requirements

Position requires standing use of computers and telephones throughout each shift. Ability to visually scan the area and report observations is required. In compliance with the ADA, reasonable accommodations may be provided if necessary.
