Principal Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations in the gymnasium, including Pickleball and Hoop U as well as all fitness and recreation areas while acting as Manager on Duty. Evening Manager M-TH and full day Sunday. Focus on athletics new programming which may include but not limited to: Pickleball, youth sports, adult sports, enrichments, weekend classes and clinics.
Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:
Manager on Duty M-TH 12pm-9pm, SUN 8am-5pm.
Supervise Pickleball and Hoop U
Supervise gymnasium and all programs/open play within gymnasium
Create and develop new athletics programs while using creativity and knowledge of competition, current trends, and cutting-edge programs for participants of all ages and abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum amount of formal or informal education required to successfully perform the position is education or job knowledge equivalent to college or university undergraduate education, and the minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform it, is at least 4 years.


$65,000 - $75,000
