JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator
SUPERVISORS: Director of Marketing & Communications and Director of Event Marketing and Branding

STATUS: Full Time, in-person

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a content creator who is passionate about social media, video production, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, strong editing skills, and the ability to develop engaging content that enhances our brand across all platforms, print and digital.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create, schedule, and manage social media posts to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.

• Monitor trends, analytics, and audience insights to optimize content and improve performance.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.

• Suggest social paid ads that can be incorporated into the social schedule with a focus on events, membership, and programming goals.

Video Content & Editing:

• Film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, website, and digital campaigns.

• Create compelling short-form and long-form videos, including reels, event recaps, interviews, and promotional content.

• Optimize video content for different platforms and stay up to date on emerging video trends.

Graphic Design & Branding:

• Design eye-catching graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital assets for campaigns, events, and promotions.

• Ensure consistency in visual branding across all digital platforms.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in website content updates and email marketing campaigns as needed.

• Work with the team to brainstorm creative marketing strategies.

• Track and report on key performance metrics for digital content.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, or graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and editing tools.

• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.

• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content across multiple formats.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends is a plus.

SALARY RANGE: $45,000-$55,000 (salary is based on experience)
