Principal Responsibilities:

The Adult Program Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing diverse programs that meet the needs and interests of adults at all ages and stages (18+) with a strong emphasis on senior adults within the community. This role includes overseeing program planning, budgeting, and evaluation while ensuring alignment with the community center's mission and goals. The Director collaborates with staff, community partners, and members to create meaningful opportunities that foster personal growth, social connection, and lifelong learning.

Minimum Qualifications:

Program Assessment, Gap Analysis, Development, and Implementation

• Evaluate current offerings to ensure they meet the needs and interests of the adult community.
• Identify gaps in programming and introduce new initiatives to address evolving needs.
• Plan, organize, and implement social, educational, cultural, and community-oriented activities.
• Collaborate with Wellness, Fitness, and Arts & Culture teams to provide a well-rounded selection of programs.
• Design programs through a Jewish perspective to foster a culturally enriching environment and provide meaningful engagement with Jewish traditions, values, and heritage.

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000
