We are currently offering a hiring bonus of up to $2000 (based on work schedule) with the first half payable after 90 days of employment and the second half payable after 6 months.

ABOUT THE JAY AND ROSE PHILLIPS EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER

The Boulder JCC Early Childhood Center is designed to enhance the social, emotional, linguistic, cognitive, and physical development of each child. The school offers opportunities for exploration and discovery in a constructivist-based, educational environment. Each teacher strives to nourish children's innate sense of wonder, curiosity, imagination and self-esteem.

We are looking for a full-time infant teacher who is passionate about high quality infant care. We are looking for someone who is committed to being a part of our community and supporting constructivist-based, Reggio-inspired learning for the infants in their care. Our classrooms operate with teaching teams who are invested in working as a classroom community.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Our teachers work together in a co-teaching team while performing regular duties. You will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is a full-time, year-round position with an annual salary range of $37,440-$41,600 commensurate with experience. Employee benefits currently include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and access to reimbursement account (HSA) with generous employer contributions, paid vacation time, paid 1-week fall break, paid 2-week winter break, paid 1-week spring break, paid holidays, 403b retirement plan with immediate vesting and matching up to 4%, substantial staff discounts, and more.

To that end, the Boulder JCC has implemented a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all Boulder JCC employees, with certain exemptions for religious and medical/disability.
